The Original Gifting Game
We are the close cousin of the Wish List thread. This is how it works, you gift the person right above you, so the next person gifts me, next person gifts them, and so on, come join the fun!!
But, you need to make sure you have gifted those you owe before posting "gifting" again!
If posting that you have been skipped, please leave a message to the person who you BELIEVE skipped you. Wait like 10 minutes, as many like to shop for that special gift. If after 10 minutes, then leave a message to them and one on the original gifting game thread. Although there are skippers. There terrible, but hard to know right away.
Being that the game is made up and not part of yoworld, no one can be reported for skipping others...they can only be reported if they break forum rules. Please keep that in mind and play at your own risk.
Keep the Drama out of this fun game!! If the game becomes too dramatic, it may get shut down!!!
NEW RULE ~ Minimum reserve for gifts are 500 coins ~ IF you do not have it, u can't play the game.

You must write the word gifting, if you do not have it in your original post (Not edited) you will be skipped!
If your letting people know about being skipped, wait 10 minutes before messaging the sipper and the thread. This is to make sure you have been skipped! Many times a player likes to shop or has a large inventory which takes longer to load. If after 10 minutes you have not recieved a gift acording to the rules, please message the player and leave a note on the original gifting game forum post! ALWAYS WRITE GIFTING or NOT GIFTING so people know who to gift. If you don't you are liable to be skipped!
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO PLAY, DO NOT PLAY! As it's very time conusming! LoL If you write gift, you must gift before logging off. Otherwise you could be known for skipping, since you couldn't gift in a timely manor!
The way to send a gift--click on the person's name it will take u to their profile, look at your url bar. You will see a series of numbers at the end. Copy and paste those numbers to this link:

And there ya go! Easy acess to any apt!
Also most players have a keys to the apt located in there siggy.
To read siggys go to your settings tab >General Settings > Scroll down tell you see Thread Display Options and make sure Show Signatures is checked! Now you can see people wishlists and siggy's.
MYSPACE USERS: due to tech issues...you must let us know that you are on myspace, you will only be able to gift if you have the person above you send a message, it's the only way currently for you to access another players apartment.
If Splats are in the way, they can be hidden with the link above the person's picture "Hide Splats"

HOW TO DEAL WITH SKIPPERS:
As said above, wait 10 minutes to message them and the board to make sure that was there TRUE intention. If it's been over 10 minutes and you have not been gifted or you see the person skipping several people and they address the game about the issue, this is what "I" do!
KEEP A LIST OF WHO SKIPS YOU!!! It's easy to open a word document or what ever program you use for type, keep a list of good and bad! Easily done! LoL
If you run across a SKIPPER or a NEW PLAYER:
IF THEY POST UNDER YOU, POST UNDER THEM IMMEDIATLY! That way it goes from them gifting you, to you gifting them. That way if they do gift freebies, or don't gift at all, or are new, you know what will happen and you can do the same.
WRITE NOT GIFTING, IF YOUR JUST LEAVING A COMMENT OR HAVING A SMALL CONVERSATION. PLEASE KEEP CONVERSTIONS TO A MINUMUM AS IT MESSES UP THE GIFTING.
MAKE SURE YOU WRTIE GIFTING OR NOT GIFTING!
I try the best as the host to keep this game fun and free from DRAMA but am only a host and player! LoL
This game has been hosted since the beginning of the forums, by many other wonderful forumers! We do what we can, but are only human. I can not control skippers, I can only give info on what to do in the situattion.
PLEASE READ ALL THE RULES AND TIPS BEFORE GIFTING! THEY ARE POSTED TO INSURE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR ALL YOVILLE GAMERS!
***Newly added***Hey Everyone If you can not figure out how to make your key please ask me and I will make you a key. Also to the gifters. If you want to gift some one and they do not have a key you can message me and I will message you there key. As I do know how to make them.
Please do not skip a person because they do not have a key. If they are gifting there is absolutely no reason to skip them. It is not fair to the person you are skipping.Like I said earlier if you need the persons key please ask me and I will give you there key.
Also If you reach your gifting limit what you may do if you insist on still playing is the person you get please message them and try and set up an event to gift them their item.
Breaking Rules Consequeses:
1st Time is a warning
2nd time: Banned for 2 days
3rd time: Banned Permanantly from my game.
And I will write names down so I know.
