i know there's a few that are maybe up to 2.5-3 mil, but are there any higher than that? I'm not fashionista, meh, lol, so I've not been keeping up with all this.

Well, I'm no hair expert, but I recognize some valuable ones in there. The Russian Circus Clown Wig Multicolor, for example, should go for about 1m. You should be like many others and price them all at 10m+ and see if they fly. Good luck...

With the zynga hairs no I don’t see any hair that would, on average, sell for more than 3m... BUT that doesn’t mean you can’t, some players are impatient and willing to pay a lot (met some... lol)

Idk about the bvg ones though

I'm not current on game prices right now but a good rule of thumb for me is to price rare colors like the crimson pierre / russian circus / san fran sleek etc sky high in the AH in order to get an average price.

If the hairs are no longer in store then you can charge more than the average and see if anyone bites.
