I am still having issues with after doing a few things like going to a players home on a coin run I am stuck and have to refresh. Same with buy things in the furniture store or clothing store, I can a buy a few things and then I am just stuck I can't do anything at all. I change the avatar clothes and says it saves them, but does not take me out of that screen and I can't save the outfit into outfits either. Sometimes the Avatar in the row at the bottom of page changes clothes but the one I move around does does not. Sometimes when I put furniture in a room it does not save and I buy over and over, though sometimes it goes into my stuff and I put it in the room and it may stay when I save and it may not. But I keep getting stuck and have to refresh sometime several times to get back in the game. This is getting very frustrating because your fixes never seem to fix anything anymore. The last year playing this game has been a struggle of problems. I even have a brand new Alienware gaming computer to play games and YoWorld has never got any better. I try all your help fixes or suggestions but this game went down hill when you made updated it to the HTML5. I play this friends and hate to quit. But if it does not get better soon I just may do that. I even have a new router and modem and upgraded my speed as well.....Something is still wrong....

Hey Sharon, sorry to read you are continuing to experience these issues, especially when you have taken all the steps you outline to get a better gaming experience.

Question: have you tried clearing you browser cache and cookies just to ensure you are accessing the most recent game files?. If you have done that and are still encountering issues with disconnecting from the game, please do submit a ticket so a Viking can trouble shoot this issue with you.

Regarding the lag and difficulties with the outfit editor this is a known issue and the team are already working on resolving it.

I also have problems, usually mine is just getting into the game...have to refresh so many times! When i join friends, they are always undressed and bald and usually the room furnishings are not loaded either. I have to refresh again just to see outfits and decor. Looking through my inventory to change clothes or decorate takes forever! I dont know what it will take to fix this, but Im only still playing because of the close friendships I have developed in here. Maybe someday...

I am having the same issues!! I get stuck in rooms and have to refresh to get out of a room.. Like sharon above I have replaced everything also cleared the cache. sooooo frustrating!!
