I received an email saying I could claim a free tranquil garden community area, but when I opened yo from my email it wasn't there... I tried opening my email from my phone, my laptop and my desktop. . Nothing ever popped up for me to claim it, and it's not in my inventoru, not is it in my list of houses... Anybody else having problems claiming free items from their email??????

Hey sadbuttrue64. the free tranquil garden community area is the same as the free coin house that appears in our promo bar that we can claim. If you have already claimed this home in game, you will not be able to redeem another one.
