Once again the store doesn't seem to be stocked completely. The challenge is to dress up in your best clothes but there are only three dresses with matching shoes and they are Santa type costumes. I did my best and wore 3 dresses with 3 shoes on top of one another. I assume there was supposed to be another category of clothing for today's challenge.

yeah the challenge says c2022 but there isn't anything for that, just stuff with cn2022 :wailing:

I haven't been able to find any of the clothing or hair that I bought since sometime in early November. Even my VIP stuff won't come up for me. I can find the transactions that show I paid for them. I can get the furniture. In other words, I can't even enter the clothing challenge. I missed all of the ones in November. Any ideas? Thanks for any assistance!

Hey Yaya, have you tried clearing your browser cache? Or using a different browser to access the game?

And I am aware that there has been an issue with extremely large inventories and items not showing up. There is an update, currently being tested which will help with this issue.

Please use the help tab to submit a ticket so that the Player Support Team can look into this for you. If it showing up in your log then it will be somewhere and not lost. :hug:

I have cleaned my browser cache and different browser. I also have submitted a ticket. Thank you for your suggestions. Hopefully, this will get resolved soon.
