So my mom has been a VIP for a few years. When the switchover and the changes happened to the VIP program, she re signed up. Her card is fine, it went through, she got the 200 yocash and money. The next month her membership was cancelled. So she signed up again, got her yocash and money, then it got cancelled again. Her card works fine cause she's able to buy yo cash, those transactions go through. Now this month she got her yo cash and money, a couple days later it said she wasn't a VIP. So why does her membership keep getting cancelled? She submitted a ticket a couple of times but never got a response. Is this happening to anybody else? She's about ready to quit cause she's so frustrated and she can't find out any answers.

She actually got an email today saying her membership was canceled. She submitted another ticket so she will see if she actually gets any answers.
