This is happening to me too. As soon as I get into the game it says my internet has cut out. My internet service is very good and doesn't cut out any other time so I feel it is related to this game somehow. I am accessing using the new 'crown' icon we were given recently. I am on Chrome on quite an old laptop.

Once refreshed, the game seems to work ok.
