Can anyone please tell me if the frames work somehow?? I have many of these in many rooms and I am so dissappointed they are not working..

This is a known issue deb, and we haven't been informed when the fix for this will be uploaded. Sorry
You might try submitting a ticket to see if there is a workaround for this problem in the meantime.

Try logging in directly through Facebook link...
* Not through new webpage and/or standalone app.

When I was having the frame issue of the picture not loading, that is what I did and when I returned to using standalone app, the image was in the frame.
** I use a PC, not a cell/tablet et al.
