This has happened to me many times now, I submit my entry & it keeps saying Making Purchase for 13 to 15 minutes due to which I lose my chance to enter the contest.

I spend a lot of coins on every challenge. I find it so unfair to have to wait for 13 to 15 minutes for Yoworld to finish the purchases.
