If you are still experiencing issues then you will need to submit a ticket using the help tab above the game screen. You will still be able to access the game via Facebook. Click Here to Play

This morning I was trying to log in through the app and first, appears a total different screen asking just my email address ( Enter email to play), then I enter my email address just to see "Could not validate your email" Try again. How could you not validate my email???, what happened???

I clean cookies on my computer in order to trying to fix the app could not validate my email. Apparently works, appears a new screen saying that found my account and asking me to sign up, I used my email address and my password ( that was accepted and worked yesterday) but seems that now my password isn’t strong enough and app still doesn’t allow me to sign up, and I don't want to change my password now.![]()

- Tried typing in a new password (which includes Upper case letter, # etc...)
* every different attempt says invalid password
8+ characters long
1+ Symbols
1+ Uppercase
1+ Numbers
* All green checked

Every time I click on the red sofa to decorate my room, after a minute or 2 of decorating, something happens with the arrow of the mouse, it happens that you have to put the arrow 2-3 cm below any button you want to click and then click it, You can fix this problem temporarily by reloading the game, but reloading every 2 minutes is annoying.![]()
