Anyone else having trouble with inventory/store items not loading? I can click on the item (unseen) and place in room and it shows up. I have to do this for all decorating and challenges so it takes forever. This has been happening on and off for a while (months) and I had put in a ticket, did all they said and it still happens. The game is also lagging...any ideas?

Yes Diane and its totally aggravating to deal with! I just tried again for the heck of it to see if i could get a outdoor room done for the challenge today. It didnt happen. The lag from room to invo is terrible.. the wait.. horrible to deal with. Im just not doing the Gem contests anymore. IF they cant fix the problem.. why should I have to put up with the nonsense???
Its really too bad. I LOVE doing outdoor rooms an this one would have been a lot of fun to do. BUT.....

All of this lag STARTED WITH the gem events. it's gotten worse and worse ever since. I swear if they would just stop those gem events, the lag might go away. But, they don't listen to us anymore....

Still going on. Ticket submitted a week ago but no response.... really getting fed up. Has anyone's been resolved?
