on the app the second i leave my house i get logged out...i sent in a ticket. there is a post in general discussion - HELP!!!! the game is broken!!!! ALOT of people in there are having the same issue...plz fix it!

At least you can leave your house, mine takes a few seconds, then kicks me off.

Mine doesn't even open, shortly after it starts loading I get the message I need to sign in, It needs fixed ASAP, no one wants to be till midnight completing the gem challenge !!! It seems like it's always something, takes the fun out of the game fast !!!

Hey Guys this has been reported.

It's a game wide issue affecting many players and might be connected to a Facebook update. Hoping for a quick resolution

Mine makes me log into facebook before I even get to play the game. I had to log into facebook to get in here!!!! Whatever is going on they need to fix it. Things have been a mess for a very long time now.

I also keep getting logged out. Game loads, then immediately logs me out. This happens (to me) when using the desk-top ap. But not when I am playing with facebook. :nerd:

I am having the same problem. I sent them a help ticket. I cannot play on the desktop app! :grr

Yes it is happing to me also on my desk top app I get logged in go to play & than it says to login when i am on the page already so when i click log in it justs keeps poping up to log in i have to close the game.--- I do get on with Facebook so far but my facebook one lagges alot so slow to do something - yes I hope the resolve this fast cause we do loss the daily special game when you first go on & facebook does not give you that special daily any way this is annoying not to play right : :grr

Mine was messed up last night: repeatedly kicked me and logged me out of facebook (which is a twist on the usual glitch). But then today it was working so I thought they fixed it as I know MANY were having same issue. Well, I guess it was only a temporary fix because just now, it started kicking me again after only a few seconds in the game. I'd keep trying but I'm tired of having to log back into fb. Hope they work out a permanent solution.

This is horrible! I can't take advantage of any of the theme specials which will be done and gone long before this is fixed.
First we were randomly freezing and logging out with transporting or giving gifts, but now we can't even access the game and it logs us right out of Facebook.
And I can't even access my YoWorld Account and Settings.
I have no doubt this is because of Meta (FB's) updates, but this is terrible. :wailing:

Happening to me too! For some reason I was forced to get Facebook protect on my account and I thought maybe that was the reason. Keep having to log in over and over and over! Help!

Also having the logging issue. If I can get the game to fully load before getting the please login message, once in the game I am logged out within a few seconds, sometimes even in the middle of an action such as buying one of today's offers.

WORKAROUND FOUND?

Once logged into this forum, I've been able to access the game by clicking on the Play YoWorld tab at the top of the page.
I've been able to get into my account settings and so far have not been bumped out.
Keep your fingers crossed this works. I will let you know if it fails, but so far, so good. :thumbsup:

so the banner in game says to use a supported browser. I try the App, Facebook and Safari. What browser is "supported"?
