I can not submit my out fit for the challenge when i submit it it says a image was not taken

I havent been able to enter gem event the last three times...and cannot open chests. Lots of problems lately! :dizzy:

Have you guys tried clearing your browser cache and re logging into the game?
This usually fixes those kind of issues.

Next time try going into Yoworld thru BVG website. I used google then loaded the game from there. I was able to open my chests and get the new free house just now doing that where I had been unable to thru the app. Give it a try see if it works for you.
