After layering an item onto another one clicking save doesn't save it, but reverts to it's original positions.

Hey guys, please first try clearing your browser cache and see if that fixes the issue. If it doesn't then please submit a ticket to the Player Support Team so that they can investigate why this is happening.

Please, help!! I've cleared my cache - and - I've filed a ticket. I'm still not able to save the layering!

I'm still having issues.

Could this be an issue with the machine we're using? I've cleared my cache, twice, and even off-loaded some programs I wasn't using. I'm still having problems.

I am having the same issue. How is clearing the cache going to help? And that will ruin other things that we rely on our cache to do in the browser we are using. It should just work!

We’ve found that there are a few general steps that resolve many Yo troubles, so before you send in a ticket (or while you wait for a reply), you can try the following:

First, please try clearing your cache, then reloading your browser and game. Clearing your cache resolves many common issues with YoWorld and other games by removing old information stored on your computer regarding YoWorld. Plus, it will ensure you have all the up to date game information when something has recently been fixed. Please ensure you do not have YoWorld open when doing this.


If you are still experiencing issues with this, please use the help tab above the game screen, to submit a ticket.

I've cleared my cache. Twice. I've submitted a ticket. This was my response:

Thanks for getting in touch with us. We’re sorry it has taken so long to get a reply! We’ve been experiencing a higher ticket volume than normal, causing a delay in our responses.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with our new layering feature. At this time our development team is aware of a few bugs that have been popping up for some of our players, including layering working intermittently.


These issues are not impacting all of our players, and can be very inconsistent from browser to browser. The good news is that while we don't have a fix released at this time, our development team is working hard to correct these issues as soon as possible.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to migrate all players over to http://yoworld.com/ for a better gameplay experience, and resolve any issues that may arise.
If you have any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out.
