Can't seem to log on with the YoWorld Desktop App... did things change? It seems to want me to sign up all over again... does this mean I lose all my progress? I'm so confused. Please Help!

Im having some problems getting in with the app today too, but usually loads when I log into forums and gripe about it lol. If it doesnt load ill go in thru facebook. I havent lost anything from signing up that I know of. I logged in using my email and password, just keeps loading and loading.... :sleeping:

I can log in but a stupid ad is taking up some room on the right that i cant get rid of. i did the email thing and a password but it is so slow. :eh: :dizzy:

yup same. they told me, use your regular email to log in , Im like, I AM! it is trying to start a new account and now I cant play on it at all. I dont want to be a newbie again lol

Have you migrated your account to yoworld.com yet? If you haven't, that maybe why you are being asked to sign up... please check out Andrew's thread YoWorld.Com is Here Please Read!
If you are still having issues then you will need to submit a ticket to the Player Support Team.

I am also having trouble logging in from desktop. Won't let the reCAPTCHA come through. Been trying for a few days now. I've been using the desktop version now for a long time, so I don't understand why all of the sudden somethings changed. I see others here with the same issue, but I don't see anyone telling us what's happening....

If you haven't successfully migrated than the desktop app will not work as it is not compatible with the Facebook platform. It works solely with YoCom.

Any problems you are having with the recaptcha please send in a ticket, accessing the game via Facebook and using the help tab over the game screen.

Just to point out, if you are using an adblock or pop up blocker on your browser page this could be the reason why the reCaptcha is not going thru. If you are using one, please disable it and then try the process again. It should work then. :hug:

Yea I submitted a tix way before xmas. still havent gotten fixed. I gave up. it tried to start me at level 0 again. the suggestions they told me made it worse. now I have to log in on my hubby computer or I cant even play. I have to use fb to play the yo.com doesnt work for mine at all. it shows me as a newbie fsr :sad: :sad: :shocked:
