When I try to play the desktop game, it says 100% loading walls and floors....but goes no further

Mine goes to 19% and stops. And it's not working on any other platform, either. These problems have been going on for years now.

the room finally loaded, but the bonus did not ...clicked reload....who know how long it will take to load mow...lol

Can't even get the calendar to open. Can't get anything to open. VIP daily calendar reward popped up but I couldn't get it. Can't get the gem challenge to work because nothing opens when you click on it. I'm not doing anymore spending of my own money or the yocash I already had. Been with this game from day one, and I've never seen so many issues as we have had so far this year. Didn't do us any good to get triple coins with ad watching if we can't watch them.

it kinda sorta loaded again....still no bonus....energy counter/meter is being weird . It even went into extreme negative numbers.....so weird

my desktop loads partially then just sits there I have "1% Loading Walls & Floor" and it wont go any further than that .... FFS stop messing with things and fix them!!! how are we supposed to get the bonus if we cant get the game to even load. Last decorating gem event I couldnt do due to the game crashing every time I tried to decorate... so I missed out on getting gems & the gifts along the top of the game ....grrrrr

It is really annoying. Either we get a white screen in the middle of everything, or now either we can't log in or when we do, you can't click on anything!! They push this desktop app but it has so many bugs and issues. Does anyone from Viking ever respond to these posts here? I see them respond in the YoWorld Discussions, but never over here in the Bugs and Bug Reporting.

My desktop game loads but after that I CANNOT DO ANYTHING! I cannot click on anything. I cannot collect my bonus reward. I cannot open/send gifts. I cannot edit rooms, change appearance, etc., etc., etc. Basically, NOTHING IS WORKING IN THE DESKTOP APP!

They fix one set of problems and here comes a new set of problems! I am thoroughly disgusted! :drool:

I got in a couple of times, but wouldnt let me go to another room, collected a couple of things then the refresh sign came on and I havent been able to get back in. Ill go to FB here shortly and try to get in that way. What is going on?? :grr

I have not been able to load YW on the desktop app in over a week. I have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted, clicked on the BVG website link to the game, switched to open in Chrome - NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you not fix it??
