Hey I just bought a house .Mediterranean mansion and the bedroom is locked and the kitchen is locked.. message pops up that I have to level up to unlock stuff..
Man this sucks and so inconvenient . I am terrible at the computer savvy stuff and now I'm trying to figure this out and message you and see why my house is messed up.. Now I'm afraid to buy more.. And I have more to buy..
Please help..

It isn't just you. Yo isn't working right at all. Everything is "stuck". A bunch of servers must be down, and they are having trouble.
