New Layout, New Design, New Features… It’s YoWorld, only better!
Check out that sweet, sleek new design! New colours, redesigned icons, and more room to play... The new and improved YoWorld has it all.

• The top bar has been redesigned! More options are now available in your room options and game settings!
• The bottom bar got a makeover too! From an awesome new layout to great new chat features, a fancy neighbor ladder and even neat new icons for your favourite Yo activities, things are looking pretty spiffy.
• We've improved your Buddy List to include search filtering, customizable categories, and more messaging options. Keep better track of your friends!
• Decorating has been made even easier! Turn blackspace decorating on, check out the new edit mode store, and get those creative juices flowing.
• Best of all, everything is outside of the play area! Maximum YoWorld space means maximum YoWorld fun

We'll break down the sections step-by-step, and let you know what it all does

• The left side will show your YoCoin and YoCash balances, as well as your level and experience
  
• Click on the all-in-one energy screen for a quick route to Jobs and the Factory. Get your energy refills here too!
  
• The room level progress indicator will show your room and home decorating progress.
  
• Click on the name of your room to find all of the settings you’re used to, plus MORE! Blackspace decorating and blackspace walking are here, and you can choose to turn them on or leave them off for each room you own!
  
• Click the settings cog for full-screen & mute options. You can also choose whether to see enter/exit room notifications in chat logs, and the option to have ghost messages stay until you dismiss them (check out Chat Features below for more information)

• The left-hand side will let you navigate to your own homes or anywhere on the map !
• The chat bar has been redesigned for a cleaner look. History, actions and emojis without blocking the play area! (More on new chat features below)

  If you’ve closed a pop-up you want to see again, slide out the handy-dandy Promotions tray , or check out YoNews for recent and upcoming fun!
• Your neighbors look so stylish in their brand new neighbor ladder! Hover over a friend to visit or send a gift, or use the right side to get visit bonuses or invite neighbors.

• Set your status so your friends know what you're doing! If you're Online or Away, your buddies can visit and message you. Do Not Disturb won't let anyone message or follow you, and Appear Offline
  
• Click the settings cog for the option to hide all buddies who aren't online!
  
• Search filtering is here!
  
• Create categories , customize them, then click and drag your friends between categories!
  
  
• Hover over a friend to see their current avatar, and for options to visit them and leave messages! Check out more on "Ghost Messaging" in the Chat Features Section.

We'll break down the sections step-by-step, and let you know what it all does

• Click your name to personalize your nameplate and chat with a sweet colour!
  
• The new chat log is jam-packed full of improvements! Click to the left of the chat bar to open your revamped chat history. You can even drag it around the screen to get it out of the way!
  
  
• Private message a friend or someone in the room with you by clicking @ or typing @ on your keyboard.
  
• Attention messaging is for when you don’t mind others seeing, but you want a specific Yo’s attention! Click ! or type ! on your keyboard to direct a public message to someone.
  
• Expand the left menu to see all chat, or just your private chats. Click the button again to hide the chat list!
  
• New emojis and stickers are the perfect way to express yourself.
  
• Actions are on the right side. No more opening the chat bar to uber!
  
• Introducing ghost messages! If a buddy messages you from a different room, you'll see a cute little 'ghost' of their avatar in the bottom left corner of the play area.
  
  The ghosts will disappear after a short time, or you can have them stay until you dismiss them by choosing "Manually close buddy messages" from the settings menu in the top right.

• Visiting players will have a heads up when you’re decorating or changing outfits.
  
• Turn on Blackspace Decorating, Blackspace Walking, or both! Set each room up exactly how you want it - ignore walls and empty space and get creative!
  
• Buying new items from edit mode just got a whole lot easier!
  Click a store to see the categories inside, just like the old stores.
  
• Click "Hide Categories" to see everything in that category all at once instead of separating them by category!
  
  Navigate around by using the new Back button , click a category at the bottom to go there, or use the dropdown list to see available categories.
  
  Click Show All to browse more items at once. Show all has all of the in-store options like search filtering, category hiding and more - but way more fits in one screen!

This post is good . I thought I figured everything out . but I read this post and found out there is stuff I didnt know about . question will the vikings have the bvg logo thing before thier names now?

I already figured all this out !!!! my pals and I got together for a party and landed up testing and learning all about the new stuff !!! This is a great Post Jess I will share !!!!
