I need help with an issue.. Today (Jun-09-2016) at approximately 9:57 I purchased the Dark Cherry Blossom Swing on YoWorld. It says it was on sale for 15 yocash instead of 21 yocash, and was still on sale for 18 hours and 0 minutes. So I purchased it, and it charged me the full 21 yocash. I am quite dissapointed, as I thought I was getting a good deal but I guess not.. Please help me resolve this issue. Thanks, -Marissa.

Hi and welcome to the forums.
For this kind of problem go to the "HELP" tab at the top of the game. Select the "bugs and reporting tab and fill out a ticket." Be sure to go to email right away as your WILL recieve an auto reply.
Add BVG to your contact list so you will know when they replied. I am positive you will receive your credit back..
sometimes the game is not refreshing or the flash is not refreshing on your computer and you get old data.
