My settings is not clickable. I've tried doing multiple things such as; using a different browser, refreshing, plugging out wifi and using different accounts. Also I cannot buy yocash, go into vip, log, or help. Im not sure if its a problem with my computer or if Yoworld just hates me...please help.

You are only allowed 1 account.

It is also another few possibles.
Clear cache.
Unblock the add blocker and refresh.
