So just a few minutes ago I was checking out the Events Page. I noticed at least 3 different yoville users were posting events, minutes apart, warning people about a specific user (not sure if I should list the name here at the forums?). Apparently, he/she is a scammer. o_o On one Event, an alleged witness claimed he scammed 1.5 million off someone in the event description. :grr Another said he scammed off a friend. The other one simply warned he/she was a scammer.

If this user really is a scammer, how do I go about reporting that user? Or what should I tell these people posting these warnings to do to get this properly investigated?

I've been MIA from the game for several years so I'm not sure what the standard protocol is to report potential scammers. o_o I'd hate to see these warnings at the Events page go overlooked if it turns out this user is a legit scammer.

If you see the user out and about, you can of course report them that way. However, you could send a ticket to BVG with the player's name and if you can get it, their ID number. Explaining the situation will help BVG to be able to keep an eye on that player or look into the situation. They could check chat logs for that player and find if they are in fact a scammer. Hope this helps!
