In Facebook Settings go to Payments (https://secure.facebook.com/settings?ta ... n=settings) In the last section change your currency

I live in Australia... I just click to buy the deal, and even though it's in dollars on the pop up, you should get a Facebook payment window pop up that will show in your local currency. For instance when I click on something that is $2.99 when I get the facebook pop up to make the payment, it tells me it's like $4.57 AUD. And then you just pay as normal if you're happy with that.

The prices show in dollars but you don't have to pay in dollars. If you go as if you're going to make a normal transaction Facebook will show you the price in pounds.There is no currency exchange fee.
