I used to know how to do this but seems I've forgotten.. how do you include a image with your post? I got Imgur but I don't see a img url on the site anywhere.. is their another image hosting site I should be using?

Hi when you upload your picture it creates the link for you to post.

https://imgur.com/upload

Click browse , upload picture and the link is created. hope this helps.

Idk I must be doing something wrong because no image ever shows up for me, when I copy and paste the link it is the embeded link right? then full editor on here Img and paste the link? everytime I try to post a link a screen comes up saying ive been banned from this site.

Maybe send in a ticket. It might be yoworld it self that banned you from posting links. (could just be a glitch )

After you upload an image to Imgur, hover your mouse over image, click on the down arrow, click on Get Share Links and you will need to copy the BBCode (Forums) link to paste in your comment.

Is Imgur affiliated with Yoworld just curious to find out why it's Imgur and not another file share site.

No, Imgur is not affiliated with YoWorld. Other file sharing sites like TinyPic in which was own and operated by Photobucket was shut down and Photobucket itself made it so you could no longer upload an image to their site and then have it appear on a forum or website. They charge a monthly fee now to have that option. Besides Flickr, these are/were better known photo hosting and sharing sites.

No, Imgur is not affiliated with YoWorld. FYI, as long as you have the actual image link it doesn't matter where the image is stored as long as it's on the internet and not on your personal computer or device. Most people on here use Imgur but I share links from my Pinterest account and I know other people have shared facebook images. Plus when you're sharing funny 'reaction' pics most people just grab the link from the web.

In most cases, you can do this by right-clicking on the image and choosing "copy image address". Then come back to the forums and paste that image link between the [ img ] and [ / img ] tags (obviously spaces in the tags should be removed).

Sometimes it's still a bit screwy... if you find the image on a website, you can right-click on the image and choose "Open image in a new tab" and THEN do the right-click + "Copy image address" and it should work.

As long as the link you end up pasting is the ACTUAL image file link - so it should be the link where the image is stored including the filename ending in '.jpg' or '.gif' or '.png' etc. Example = https://i.pinimg.com/564x/86/f2/ca/86f2 ... 044a58.jpg
