I had to block someone from Facebook due to some nasty comments . I removed them from buddy list , but they are still on my friend list to visit and I can still leave them a message , which in turn , I'm sure they can also on mine . How can I remove them permanently ?

Well in ordor to get rid of a neighbor you must un freind them .I dont know if that is what you did . but i once unfriended someone on fb and the next day they were off my neighbor list . they dont dissapear from your neighbors instantly .

Hi Rocker chick, Blocking them in fb usually does this. It takes 3 days.
But..
If they were a "buddy" they instantly fall off.
But
If they were a "neighbor" they do not instantly fall off. " they turn into a buddy."

SO. In order to get the entire person you must do it like this. Usually in that order
If you block them in fb first- it will not work, (as they turn into a buddy). You have to do it in the right order for it to work right..
1. must unblock in fb and readd in fb. this takes 3 days too if you blocked already. Its a big frigging hassel.
2. step 1 from the top.
1. You be a CAT. ..
2. You Must block them Live in Yo.
3. You then Go to their timeline in fb and restict. It takes the game time to adjust to fb and visa versa.. The restrict stops ALL fb yo interactions, hot dogs, coins, feeds, energy, selfies instantly. etc etc All automatic feeds for YoWorld stop to that person. Wait 3 days. 3 full 24 hour days.
Then you Block in fb. You must wait 3 full days.

If it is done incorrect they stay in your game.. I did it once without the restrict and it did not work as well as their "alts" followed on.
Here is the advise to never accidently 'readd them. Never add any person without a "real name" and never add any one with a black cover photo in fb. That black cover photo tells you exactly what you are not seeing and they are not seeing.

Once I unblocked all fb people as It had been years and you kknow,, years takes on differently on people. It was sort of odd that many disapear off fb poof. that tells me they were reported or alts.
