I BOUGHT A FRIEND SOME CONDO SCREENS IN THE FURNITURE STORE BUT IT WILL NOT LET ME GIFT OR SELL THEM TO HER. WHY? WHAT HAPPENED?

This happened a long long time ago..
I was in event and could not trade her. but she could trade me. SO I got curious about this and why this happened. .. It happened again on this time it was that person not being able to "trade to me." but I was to her.
then it dawned on me..
"blocking" something was blocking the trades..
AH HUH. I went and Unblocked everyone and I did not have this problem then.
by the way. did you know. if you block someone and they change their name, the "name change follows them throughout the game?"
In the block box their name would change when ever they changed their name. the same holds true in the forum.
I hope I explained this correctly.
