I have seen several players that resized their items and made them small, How do you do that?

There is no way to resize items on YoWorld. However, you may be referring to Full Screen (FS) Houses that are available in the realtor office. With these homes, decorative items appear much smaller than is typical and the homes seem to have more dimension to them.
