best you can do for this is to get YoCash & go to the music store to buy tracks, some people have tradable tracks so you might be able to make an event asking to buy tracks as well

it's not any particular track, for example I bought tracks from people & I bought the same track in the store & 1 or the other wasn't tradable even though they were the same track

you cannot trade or gift YoMusic tracks, the only way to recieve them is to go to the music store and purchase them for various yocash prices.
