At what level do I get to trade with another player? Right now it says I'm not eligible.

Is there a document online that tells new players at what levels they get to do different things?

hi there is no written confirmation but you do have to be at least level 50 , play daily for 35 days and meet other requirements. These seem to be secret. Good luck.
