when will we be able to request and crafting items from our neighbors again so we can build?

Some are able to build since they still have items collected to build.. We are not able to request any longer on fb wall. Maybe ask BVG by going to help and submitting a ticket in bugs and reporting. They might have this answer for you. :balloon:

...hey and welcome to forums...

...you can stil craft items...choose one you want to craft...
...then you need special delivery boxes...
...check in the item craft pop-up how many items in total are left for crafting...
...then you open this exact amount of special delivery boxes...
...and the needed items will come out of them...
...then you are able to build the item you've choosen...

...do not click on them special delivery boxes if you don't have choosen an item to craft...
...you will waste them, 'cos they just disappear without getting an item...
