I just started playing again after a two year absence, and there are several things about the game, that I'm "lost", about.
If anyone would offer any answers to the following questions, please do so, it would help me a lot!
Thank you in advance.

1) Where are all my neighbors? I don't have one single neighbor anymore, they're all gone.

2) Where are the free gifts? Do we still get them? If so, how and where, and can we send them as gifts?

3) I have seen MANY, hairs and clothing, on people, but I can't find them in the salon or the clothing store. I realize, some items are discontinued, but I doubt if ALL the ones I have seen on people recently, are discontinued.

4) What happened to the site, we could go to, to get points by popping balloons? Also, we could view all of our houses, and the contents in each one, and we could view other peoples profiles, houses, and the contents of their houses? That made it easy to find items, I liked and wanted to buy. We could also, find out, if an item was still in the stores or not, just by clicking on it, plus we could buy items right from that site.

5) Is there a way to click on someone, to find out what, hair, eyes, clothing, etc.. they're wearing? That would make it much easier, to buy items we like, that we see other people wearing.

6) What is the highest level we can reach?

7) Can we add neighbor's who actually play the game, without pestering our Face Book friends, to be our neighbor?

8) What are "knock knocks"...lol?

I probably have more questions, but those are all I can think of right now.

Hi Lynn , Welcome to the forums!

1) All my neighbours were removed too and when I messaged BVG they told me that I needed to adjust my facebook settings for the game to allow access to my neighbours list. it didn't work for me when I tried to do it, but maybe it will work for you. Go to the app settings on facebook for yoworld and have a look at the settings.

2)Free gifts are currently disabled at the moment. Many people created alt accounts and abused this feature so they are thinking of another method to fix this I think. You can still use your free gifts but most of them you cannot trade. Only vday boxes and nightclub boxes currently work.

3) There were a few mystery boxes released recently that have only contained hairs and clothing etc but I've forgotten the names.

4) Yoworld.com has been a popular request by players and BVG (new game creators) have said that they will be bringing this back soon!

5)Unfortunately there isn't a feature like you have described, but you can still PM someone and ask them what item they are wearing. I'm sure most people won't mind you asking them

6) It is still currently level 200, hopefully BVG will add more levels soon

7)No, they have to be your friend on facebook in order to be your neighbour. Do not add any neighbours for a raise at working at the factory as it is currently disabled. You can still add players but you won't get the raise.

8) when someone posts Knock Knock it means someone has gifted you something. Did you post in a wishlist giveaway? If so they have granted one of your wishes so check your gift box!
