I used to play this and my life got busy. Now I'm so lost I'd like to just start fresh . Can I do that and if so, how? In have no hope of catching up.

Hello Jeanatte, welcome back!! <3 I once had an old account from about 2010 that I hadn't used in ages, and once we tried logging back into it, all of our items were completely gone.. All it did was lead me to the first screen letting me customize my avatar. I had nothing apparently, which is unfortunate because I had some items from the old days! I think at one point I may have blocked the game and left it untouched.

Sadly I do not think that you will be able to recover your items if you played long ago, during the transfer from YoVille to YoWorld Big Viking Games had to transfer data that was necessary for active players and have made efforts to remove inactive accounts and ban some. I hope you can get back on your feet soon though!

By the way, what I did after I left the game on 2014 is that I started digging up all the updates, since I dunno what are the 'new' things and features on the game. Then after that, I usually join Games so that I can have some time to spend on, and fortunately some coins to earn, if luck hits me.

I used to play Yoville all the time too and spent quite some real $ on items. When the transfer came, my stuff did not get transferred over. Things were so bad that just trying to play Yoville would freeze up my screens. I am glad the game is back (in different ownership, name, etc.) however, I wish I could get my old houses and items back. =)

I stop playing yoworld 2years ago and come back then I see many people are leaving now but some are getting back in the game. Enter some contest and earn all the items and houses it will take a while though
