Hey there! Time varies. Don't send them more tickets or it pushes your original ticket back and you'll have to wait even longer. I know they were a month or so behind in tickets, not sure about now. But good luck!

Vikings PLEASE be so kind as to bump this as I still have not been reunited with my account. I have sent Numerous emails and finally had to create a second account just to send you a message via the forum. I raised the ticket weeks ago. I’m rather ill and just want to escape to my YoWorld I created, not to have to start again. Please please please thank you xx

May I ask, what issue are you having in trying to access your account?

Hi, I deleted my Facebook account after watching the big hack on Netflix as not using it, then wanted to get back into YoWorld. I didn’t delete my YoWorld account as it’s on a separate server, so just need them to link my account back I have given them the YoWorld ID.

Ohhh no! I hope they can help you out here... I'm not sure how it all works. :(

I suggest maybe PMing one of the vikings (Viking Andrew, Viking Sam, Viking Nicki) and having them maybe talk to the team and get them to respond faster. It's worked for others.

I want to thank Viking Aaron for doing his best to help. But the lesson here is people “Don’t DELETE your Facebook account if you want to keep your YoWorld account”. Gutted but will have to come to terms with it. I guess I will start again. There are worse things going on in the world right now, so I need to put my big boy pants on and except I made a mistake I will need to except. Thanks everyone. Xx

I'm so sorry that this was the outcome. I kinda figured it would be but I wasn't sure so I didn't want to say anything just in case. Yeah, definitely don't delete FB. Disable/deactivate it if you must but deleting it when you have games you play on it is the wrong move, unfortunately. :(

I am having a problem getting my ticket answered also. I have waited over a week and no answer. How long did it take for them to answer you? I am missing a house. But no one will answer me. Thanks for your time. Also glad they finally answered you. But sorry you couldn't get your account back.
