Hi All I was wondering What kinda gifts are you getting for your family this year?

I am kind of clueless this year for gifts.

So what are you getting for your family members?

1) Mother
2) Father
3) Brother
4) Sister
5) Grandparents
6) Aunt/Uncles
7) Boyfriend
8) Girlfriend
9) Niece/Nephew
10) Pets
11) Other

Or maybe items you got them last year?

Any Ideas would be good!

Thanks! :gift:

I bake my kids several types of cookies and only buy toys for the grandkids. No one else gets gifts. :D

I won't go through all the details of what I bought different people. I bought for my mom & dad, my aunt & uncle, my pets, and about 8 or so friends lmao. It all depends on your budget and what your recipients are interested in. :haha:

Some ideas, though:

A water fountain for your pets to keep their drinking water clean & pure
A 3D printer
Lego kits/sets
Gift cards
Books
???

idk LOL I just typically take a person (or animal), think about what they like, and then go from there. Good luck!

I tend to try to use the gift card option as a last resort yes. Sometimes Thats all people want! But trying to make it unique is fun!....

Yes I tend to go based on what they like Sports or around the house.

My Brother wants a New Bowling Ball this year so probably gonna buy him that.
Still stuck on my best friend what to buy her no idea....but we like exchanging gifts for fun.
Others are still up in the air.

Also, there are websites out there dedicated to unique or odd gift ideas. Just Google "unique gift ideas" or "odd gift ideas" and you'll find them! A lot of hidden gems there. :)

I don't buy Christmas gifts. Or birthday gifts. I rarely gift people.

Chess is big this year. Maybe some of those on your list would like a special chess gift?

I bake baklawa for everybody and send it away :D

Every year I get colorful and fun shape trays, put the baklawa there and wrap it with celofan paper and a ribbon on top. It looks very cute and seems everybody likes baklawa  food/sweets are always a good option for gifting!

I got a book for my father, tea for my brother and really nice skincare stuff for the girls in the family. We're all washing our hands so much! Hmm, a custom tshirt for one of my cousins. The gifts are generally tailored to the person in question.

I always get my dog some unsalted chicken stock to warm up on Christmas Day and a new stuffed animal. Ideally I'd get her a chewie too and it just dawned on me I haven't yet.

Last year, I reprinted and framed my grandmother's Christmas cookie recipe for all the grandchildren. I had the original and it's not Christmas for any of us without them. Now that she's gone, it's something we all use and treasure. And, the presents really weren't expensive and it took care of several gifts at once.

Everyone likes to smell good. I buy a lot of stuff from The Body Shop. They have items for males and females and all budget types. They do gift wrapping too!
The bonus for buying things like that is it gets used so the person you're buying it for doesn't have to find a permanent place for it and they enjoy it at the same time.
I just ask what scents they like.

Wine is also good!
