hey guys-a lil update....couldn't move my left arm from elbow up..course it's my left arm and yep I'm left handed..was just trying to do stuff but it got worse-at first I thought it ws a heart attack as the pain is so bad-never had this pain before..went to Dr and now have to get xray and ultrasound so those are scheduled for next week.
The dr seems to think I tore something or did something with my rotator cuff??!! thought only baseball pitchers got this and I've not done anything that quick so I'm at a loss as to what is going on..so I can't even lift the arm into the air or do much with it so my posting will be on n off till this gets better-typing with one hand is a biatch!!! and yeah ouch don't even cut this soreness!!
