So today I decided to clear out my fashion home and sell everything that I had in my inventory because I never use that house. Well after selling everything but a few pieces, I noticed that my coin count did not go up. I went ahead and refreshed the page just to find that once again my coin count did not go up. When I checked my inventory to see if maybe they didn't sell, I found that even the few pieces that I saved weren't even there any longer! Yes of course I am a little upset but my life isn't over or anything lol. Is this a common occurrence? Do you no longer receive counts if you sell things in your inventory? And what happened to the pieces I didn't sell? I can't remember how to send in a ticket, so can yall tell me how to do that, as well as let me not if this is common! Thank you

happens to me all the time in the auction house an item sells and the yocash isn't credited to my account i send tickets each time something isn't credited.

Maybe u cleared out that house in the past
Already selling/gifting those items before bvg took over

That's what I think too. I sold and gave away so much when we thought the game was ending, that how could I possibly remember every single thing? When the transfer too place, there were some things that appeared to be there, and as long as I left them alone, it was ok. However, as soon as they are placed into inventory, they disappear because they were never there to begin with.
When you say you sold them..........was that to actual people or did you sell them back to the game?

I didn't clear the house, or sell anything from it before the game transferred. I was holding on to a lot of hope that the game would be saved and it was thankfully haha. And I sold it back to the game.

They will respond to you as soon as you submit the ticket telling you they received it. Then, they will investigate...they're good at doing that. You will hear from them as soon as they resolve it.

They do a pretty decent search thru your previous transactions when you submit a ticket but I think because Z didnt do backups to the app for a 6 month period a lot of stuff has become a " Ghost " image as they told me. I was told they saw 8 purchases and sales of gold Lavas thru their search.....but what happened to the other 12 I had in my secret library?....gone

I know that happens with furniture but does it happen with clothing as well? The AH ate one of my clothing items last night. I'm 99.9% sure I didn't sell it before the transfer.
