Since I posted on nearly every AH thread I saw complaining about my lost item, I must now say that BVG returned it to my inventory!! I did contact them and it took awhile but they did come through. Thank you BVG!
Glad to hear you got it back! I sent in a ticket on Friday because I lost an item. How long did it take after you contacted them? I'm assuming support wasn't working over the weekend so I'm hoping to hear something in the next few days.
That is great news! I will say BVG is truly listening to us and is concerned about everthing that goes on in this game unlike zynga. I'm glad you got your stuff back!
They took good care of me when I wasn't paid from the auction house. They said they could see the transaction and the glitch. It took about two weeks...but a bit of patience sure worked.
