Hello everyone, not to sound impatient and all but how long does it take the big viking game team to answer you emails? If you have sent one. Im not sure if this is right but my email was sent 2 weeks ago and was not replied to or answered to. How long do emails take you? :?:

Why don't you go in game & post a ticket? Of course you should e-mail back too as I think you should have heard something by now but yes, they are at the least a week back, but if you send in the ticket at least you will know they got it and are looking at your problem.

i sent a couple in and they got back to me for one got back to me in couple days then others about 1-2 weeks
