This totally made me smile from ear to ear! It's surely possible with fixed budgets to pay to play. You just have to want it and your post shows that you do, and in the end teaches your girls how to be practical yet have some fun too. Kuddos!

It all comes down to priorities. After we get what we need, what do we want that we are willing to forego for the game should we have to?
I quit smoking...at $11/every 4 days...that's a lot of money saved.
Now, I don't feel bad spending money here once a month or so.

I agree, this money is money I would have spent doing others things ... OH if I'm crafting in YO I'm saving money over spending on my knitting or quilting type projects.
