i have reported bugs and been on another computer from a different location. i can speak for myself not the girl in descption but i get same problems repedily. im soo tired and would like the game to run right.

I know how you feel Tori . Dosent seem to matter what you try to fix it nothing helps . I have never had these problems with getting in the game till now . Its very frustraing . I wish someone from Big V would look into it . I Have been waiting for round a week . My patience is growing thin. I support being patient while they do all the tweeks needed . But not getting any feed back from them when its been going on for a week isnt really good enough . Gl to you . Hopefully we both find a fix . I miss playing Yoworld

you said she can get in sometimes ?
we have the same problems too sometimes from about 9am to 2pm our time (we are in OZ too) AH wont load, sometimes game wont its a time thing with everyone on the same server ...our best time to play is when others are asleep
Course a good computer helps too, you didn't say what she's trying to get on the game with


Miss Angel I do get on the game at certain times of the day yes . But seems opposite to you . Im good from early morning maybe get a couple of hours in maybe if i'm lucky up to 2pm or so .
Im using a HP computer . I think it is about 3 or 4 years old . I was wondering if it was other player from Australia so that is interesting u mention that .
Wonder if there is anything in it ???/

Only other suggestion I might think of .. on one of the times that she can get in.. would be to try and change her default house, there may be an object that is causing her problems.


That's what I was thinking as well. Maybe there's something in her default home that is causing the issue. I've seen it happen to others before.

See if she is able to get on using this link to the coffee shop: https://apps.facebook.com/playyoworld/i ... server=600 . If she can, she might want to try making a different home her default login home.

I have purchased a new avenue to use as my default house . It dint help . But thank you both for the suggestion
I tried your coffee house link Steph unfortunately that wasn't successful either .

That really sucks, I hope that they can fix it :/.

Not true. My support replies and fixes have come from Winson and Andrew. The wait time is up to 2 weeks because they have over 25k tickets.

Maybe someone can supply a link to the coffee shop or something. See if she can get on that way. Then meet a buddy who will go to her default house and she can link that way. There was a loading problem if your default house had brass frames in it.
