And why host an auction if you can not dedicate the time. Also, if you are worried that 1k bids will not give you the amount you are looking for, then why even risk selling that at an auction in the first place?

Again not trying to be disrespectful to any one banning the 1k bid. I just wanna know what the real gripe is.

I do not see your post as disrespectful so let's get that aside.

Let me be a bit more clear and precise.. I neither allow 2k or 3k bids.. The most i will accept on an item is a 5k bid , I should have been a bit more clear.

Sure i like to see people bid but i will not tolerate such bids, it makes me feel like i'm learning how to count when i already know how to do that.. I want serious bids that get the job done. Not "1k" or "101k" I know i contradict myself a bit but i get it in my head

I understand but i am not here to learn how to count.. I do auctions to get it over quickly doing things like

101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107.. This is wasting my time and causes people to leave. I want to get it done and get it done fast.
I think you misread what I said ... I said that "I don't see a problem with not allowing 1k bids" ...

OOPS! sorry i so did. My bad, i was in a hurry to type. I was fuming
