Send in ticket to support, mine wasn't working a few weeks ago and they fixed it

Support even acknowledge it is an issue? They told me to clear cache and act like there is no problem.

I lost an item in the auction house today too. I did send in a ticket but I don't know it they can do anything. I will just have to wait and see. I am afraid to list anything else in there though now!

If you post 5 items and only 3 sell check room edit mode , I find that the non-sold are there in my inv but not in AH to sell
Save those lost items into a room and then pull them out again they show up back in AH inv
Its something to do with them being "new" I think , items become new when they go through AH

Peoples items are just straight poofing, gone, ciao....no more. I keep about 6 furniture items in my inventory and my window is def. not there.

Cache clearing is every ones answer on every game I have ever played online....

Did the clear cache trick…nada. My item was a handheld and it is gone completely. I hope they do find a solution and I wouldn't put any more items in there for now. Too risky.

If it is eating items I bet it is happening to a lot of people and they do not even notice. Mine was like this. I had an item for sale with a buy now. I got a notice it got a bid and I see it there with one bid. Later I checked and it was just gone with no further notice. I figure someone did buy now and the notifications are just all messed up and not working. However I know my coin amount never increased. So I waited like 14 hours for all the other listings to complete. They all completed the time with no bids and return to me. The one thing that had disappeared was jut gone. No item; no coins. Clear cache (lol) and waiting weeks does no good. I just wrote it off to the cost of game play. Now if it was some costume worth 20M , maybe I'd be more demanding.
