I don't know about the Rex Bandana, but the feet on the Hulk look normal compared to the unreleased version! LOL!

actually there were 3 types of hulks floating around, 2 of them had numbers for name - those had weird HUGE feet !

the one that was named 'hulk' had normal feet like the one is stores.
