So for months now the ads have not worked then yesterday happen chance I clicked on the icon to watch and an ad came up, it was smooth and took probably under half an hour coz same ad over and over but I don't mind so I was thinking this morning ads would work like yesterday... instead today I watched 1 and then it say "sorry no ads", so I left it until after 5am, clicked again, watched 2 and it now says "Daily ad quota reached"!!!!??? Well I've only watched 3 and I know there are many more to get through!

So why if this ad provider cannot provide the ads, why are BVG still using them and not changing! It is clear they cannot do the job they were hired to do... or am I just crazy in thinking like a business person!

I am so fed up of this and there is no other way (other than selling at the auction) to generate coins! The Free Gifts are a joke, can only open 999 when we have loads more than that, can only receive 400 max, then the coin has to "grow" overnight! Enough of the stupid free gift system, let us open our chests and get the coins for them and not 9yc after you open 999!! Not fair!

BVG seems to be doing nothing but wanting to "collect data" and since I pay to play I am not happy about all the issues and especially the ads, it is so frustrating to get the same cut and paste response from BVG if you send in a ticket!

I started getting the "you have reached your daily ad quota." after two ads today too. I hope they fix this soon.

I usually open 250 gifts at a time. I am wondering if I am doing this wrong.

Hi Skeet, hope I can explain this properly. So we have free gifts to send and receive each day to our friends and buddies. I have over 500 buddies and get 400 gifts back, only ever 400, never over that to receive. Anyhoo no matter. So then I go to open them in the "Free Gifts" tab and it allows you to open 999 gifts only for the big coin anything you click after that in the same day comes up as 9 ycoin and this 9 ycoin has to "grow" overnight or day whichever works for you before you get the big coin again, which is just ridiculous. So I have 1,700 gifts to open in just the one mystery chest theme and because it is only worth opening 999 a day, I stop after this! The gifts never seem to go down because I have many many unopened chests and receive 400 back. I have many unopened chests with all the other themes or whatever you want to call it, can't think of anything else at this time but theme, the higher level you are you can send that chest, like "ruby" etc.

If you look at your chests when you open it has their "value" etc. so to speak at the side and they all vary, never ads up in my mind but I'm not a math person. If you only have 250 chests to open then you must only have that many friends/buddies? I hope this explains what I mean.

I always have just opened 250 free gifts per day because when I open up more it doesn't ad up.
I wish at least the ads would work properly though. It seems the ads have not worked properly since BVG swiched ad providers.

There's something going on. I have been able to open ads for a long time now. No I'm not bragging about it, I'm thankful.
However this morning I got 3 and then it said no more ads available.

Yeah, I got one ad and then hit the quota. Refreshed and they were back. Watched 2 and then the quota again. And also it will still be lit up like I can watch more but when I click it it doesn't do anything. Refresh, and rinse and repeat. Really irritating. Always something with this ad service.

They seem to be coming through a few at a time and then the pop up saying no more ads and then a bit later they start again. Not sure what is going on.

I got closed out after 2 ads yesterday -- and im now blacked out ... that can go on for as much as two or three days

They were working fine for me until today! I clicked the TV 3 times and got the no ads available message and now nothing happens at all when I click the TV, even though it is lit up! The ad provider only provides the ads and they have no control over how the ads function in the game, that is solely on BVG, as the ad provider doesn't have access to BVG's system!

Thank you for the info! Hopefully this time the ads work so much better and for EVERYONE, as they have not worked at all for some player's when you switched to a different ad provider in October 2024!

Perhaps another round of compensation? Not watching ads I have missed out on about 40 million coins or so...

I was able to watch 4 ads today before I was told I reached my quota. I about had a heart attack. So much better than the 1 ad "quota" from the last 3 days. Also, why is it they are always "actively working" on all these glitches, yet nothing really changes... (not really a question, just an observation).

There is a NEW issue going on. The ads worked fine for me before today and then this morning after only 3 ads it said no more ads available. A little later I got a couple more after refreshing. I can watch 1 or 2 and then it gives me the pop up again no more ads available until after I refresh. It would literally take hours to watch the ads if this continues. If it keeps up the ads are pretty useless. P.S. I tried in both yoworld.com and facebook and it's the same both places. Same on several different browsers and 4 different devices. They are all new and fast. My internet connection is 300 megs. I cleared cache. It's not on my end.

I haven't been able to watch ads since October 2024. YOU chose (to switch to) YOUR current 'ad provider' and YOU continue to be paid by them (or I'm sure you would have switched providers) all while many players haven't been able to watch ads from the provider YOU CHOSE. You need to 'choose' a different ad provider. This has been a PROBLEM for many for 10 months.

What however does ",,, third-party provider who is giving everything they have available" - clearly they do not have enough available because this issue has been going on for a very long time now, actually since your new third-party ad provider began there has been nothing but issues!!!

It beggars belief that this cannot be fixed for ALL players and not just SOME in the right REGION, we play from ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!

I'm fed up of all this carry on, especially since I pay to play and I'm just not getting value for money!!!

Why can't they go back to the previous provider when the ads actually worked?
