On the last forums when we pressed ctrl+s it automatically posted what we wanted to send is there a quicker way to send or do we have to scroll all the way down to submit? Sorry just wanted to know

There is a 'reply ' button at the end of each post. doesn't get much easier than that.

Submit is at the bottom of your reply post, no need to scroll down down the page at all. Hope that helps.
