This has been said couple off times on the forums now!

Nope there not coming back since they were in stores for 20k each. Only Many items that was not in stores coming back!

BVG made it clear they had no intention of releasing items that have already been released.
And rets were released as collectables.

they will not be returning... they were released in 2009 as a collectible... they were not hacked, accidentally released, or anything like that... they had timers to begin with and they ran their course and expired... end of story.
