I was in the understanding we were getting a bunch of gems for the inconvenience of the bugs in the game but they werent there

I never received any gems for not being able to do the gem event . It wouldn't let me enter. I've been playing for over 10 years.

Last furniture event I tried to join and after making the effort to decorate, Yoworld knocked me off and I had another REFRESH moment. It has been so frustrating with so many REFRESHES and especially when decorating. Now for this clothing event I tried and tried to join and there was nothing. the avatar was no there for me to dress, no button that says to start or continue, nothing! Now after all the issues we are promised gems for all our trouble, BUT there are NO gems!.. Thank you YoWorld for always being broken and stressing the players out!

I finally was able to enter the gem event yesterday, not long before it ended...I didn't get the gems either. Guess I won't although the gem even still isn't working right...
