What's with the VIP membership bug? I did not receive my cash for over 2 weeks now Nor daily coins. I submitted the ticket 3 days ago but got no response. I"m about 2 minutes away from canceling my VIP membership, unless there is a fix and compensation coming.

I have reported it at least four times. I got three canned responses and one from an actual human. Still isn't fixed. I have it on my list to cancel tomorrow. It has been weeks. There is no point to having it any longer.

I was charged $17.99 for Premium VIP subscription. I did not purchase this plan, So why did I get an email saying I was charged for it? I have the Casual Membership plan but yet they charged me for this upgrade on August 21st and I haven't received anything from VIP since July 21st. They dipping in my bank to pay for something that I am getting NOTHING from! I'm on the brink of canceling my VIP. Can someone tell me how to go about canceling your VIP membership?

That's it, I canceled my VIP membership altogether. My VIP was upgraded without my authorization. Tickets had been sent in and now I figured I will cancel it all. Maybe I'll consider reopening my VIP subscription ONLY if we get back what is due and with the FIX of the VIP Memberships. I'm not going to allow my account to be charged the following month and continue to not get any benefits from VIP

I was about to sign up for vip and now I am not so sure. Have the bugs been worked out?
