I am getting nothing in the ratings boost despite having lots of items in the room. And I cannot submit because the review says I haven't put in the items, when I have. I've been having this problem for several weeks. Please help.

I am having the same problem, sent in a ticket but not resolved yet, and I cannot open chests either... :wailing: :?:
