Every time I want to either go purchase something or go to another site such as the factory it starts to reload and refresh than I have to go through the same process never getting to where I want to go. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Only suggestion I can make is to try clearing your browser cache and or trying a new browser, if that hasn't helped.
If that doesn't work then please submit a ticket to the Player Support Team so that they can have a look at your account for you.

This has happened to me in the past too and it was not my browser or the history and cookies of the browser. I finally decided to walk to the places I needed to go to. My avi walked to the factory and the stores.
Anyway, I hope you are able to find a solution that works for you.

Hey Ali.
No worries, no need to apologise.

If you are using google chrome as your browser... then you would click the 3 dots at the far right end >>click more tools >>>>click clear browsing history. And from that menu you would select *cookies and other browsing data* and *cached images and files*. then at the bottom of that screen you click clear data.

You would have to tell me what browser you are using if it is not Chrome. However if you find the settings menu for that particular browsing you will find the right settings under clear browsing history.

To change a browser you will need to download a different browser first to your computer and then you would use that new browser to sign into facebook. For example you could download a Firefox Browser or an Opera browser. Just google those names to get a download link.

If you are using an Apple Mac computer then you already have a browser called Safari on your computer and you could use that to log into your facebook and try accessing the game that way.
