Ive tried every way I can think of to enter gem challenge...Not sure what is going on. Cache is cleared, Im logged into the app, tried refreshing so many times Ive lost count. Entered game different way as well, nothing works. Guess Ill give the game a rest ....see ya!

Sorry to read that you are having issues entering the gem challenge contest. And you have certainly done all the steps we would be suggesting to try out first. Could you please send in a ticket (using the help tab above the game screen) to inform the Player Support Team of this problem so that they can investigate and resolve it for you.
